Ron Thomas Receives Award for Service to Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield

Ron Thomas, Secretary/Treasurer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield, and Director of Finance for SMC Packaging Group, received the award for Outstanding Board Volunteer at the Missouri Area Council meeting in September. Ron is serving his second term as Secretary/Treasurer and has been a very active and supportive Board member since 2003. Ron has had 100% Board and committee attendance in 2009 and is truly committed to making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth in the Springfield area.
