About Us
SMC Conway became the third facility within the SMC Packaging Group in November 1987. Located just north of Little Rock, the plant has achieved steady growth due to the flexibility of its sales group in addressing customer needs, its talented workforce, and its ability to leverage operational efficiencies as part of the SMC Packaging Group network of box plants.
We have more than 85 highly experienced employees, and we can be viewed as a trusted partner all the way from initial consultation and design to production and delivery.
In September 2024, we were honored to be named one of Arkansas Business' Best Places to work for the fifth year in a row and ranked in the top 5 of all companies under 100 employees.
